Joel Oliphint and Anderson Layne formed Stop the Traffic in 1998 as a side project from their primary focus which was the Philadelphia based rock band Feedback. Although most of it has yet to see the light of day, Joel and Anderson have been recording music roughly every 2 years for that entire 20 year time period.

Excited to put something back into the world, now based in Columbus, OH, Joel and Anderson spent the weekend in Anderson's Nashville studio tracking this latest group of songs.

Kinda rock n' roll, maybe a little country, this batch of tunes will indeed stop the traffic, much like their original cassette tape from the late 90's.
